ADEM AHMETAJ

Mr. Adem Ahmetaj graduated from the Faculty of Economics on the Master Degree for Management and Informatics at the Prishtina University. Since 2010, he has been working as a Senior Officer for Policy and Monitoring of Public Water Sector Enterprises in the Ministry of Economy and Environment. He has been part of many international trainings and has assisted in many seminars and conferences. Has extensive experience in monitoring the water supply and sewerage sector in Kosovo, and is the Coordinator of several international projects for “Rehabilitation of the sewerage system in Peja, Gjakova and Prizren phase V (fifth) and VI (sixth), which is funded by the German Development Bank (KfW). Project Coordinator: Solid Waste Management Program, Waste Supply and Transportation Equipment, Kosovo, is also co-chair of the Steering Committee for the “Rural Water Supply and Sewerage Support Program – Phase VI” funded by the Swiss Government and the Government of Kosovo. He currently gives his contribution as a member of the Board in SHUKOS.
