Bashkim Kurti, Master of Science in Management and Informatics.

Professional with over 20 years of work experience, as a manager, in the banking industry in the banks PCB (Pro Credit) and BKT (National Commercial Bank), currently from November 2021 in the public sector as the EC of the Regional Company Ujësjellesi Mitrovica in Mitrovica.

The work experience is concentrated in the field of business development with legal and private entities, customer relations, staff development, etc.

The experience gained in the banking sector, various professional trainings inside and outside Kosovo, enabled the development of managerial and organizational skills.
