Ramón Kreka has over five years of experience in hydraulic and computational fluid dynamics modelling. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest in 2017. He gained experience in designing new water distribution systems that takes into account future water consumptions and all local conditions. Ramón has experience in supporting network reconstructions, optimizing pipe diameters and operation methods. He built skills in water quality and fire flow analysis, design of pumping stations and UV disinfection device and focused his efforts on optimization of reservoir volumes, reduction of energy usage and water losses.
Currently, he works as a Technical Development Engineer at Department of Engineering Services of Budapest Waterworks.
