Utilities cannot deliver high quality water supply and sewerage services without the proper equipment, technologies, software and chemicals provided by private companies that are engaged in the water sector. Moreover, our past events have taught us that participation of exhibitor companies greatly enriches the experience of Conference attendees through presenting to them the latest products and services, and by taking part on the Conference program and discussions.
On their side, exhibitors have the opportunity to directly attract potential customers. As such, the event welcomes companies from around the world to show their products and services, and join the discussion on current issues in the water supply and sewerage sector.
Exhibition area is organized in exhibit spaces of 6m² and 8m² booths.

The purchase of an Exhibition booth space includes:
Display of company name and logo on the company’s booth Display of company logo in the conference website (exhibitors page) Free Conference Registrations for two company representatives that include:
Exhibit spaces will be furnished with side dividers and back panel for displaying signage or displays that can be adhered to the panel. A printed company name sign and logo will be provided along with a table, two chairs and a garbage bin. Also, normal electrical power (200-220 V) for lighting level service will be in place.
All exhibitors are asked to set up their displays during the late morning of the first day of the Exhibition, 7 November, starting no earlier than 11:00 o’clock, and to be completed with display set up by 17:00 o’clock. All exhibitor companies are asked to remove their displays by 16:30 o’clock on the last day of the Exhibition on 9 November 2023.
All exhibitors must make sure to send along with the Exhibition Registration Form the logo of their company in AI, EPS or PDF format. The company logo will be displayed on the company’s booth and website of the Conference and Exhibition.
