Zef Maçi

Mr. Zef Maçi is graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, at the University of Tirana. He then graduated from the Faculty of Law as a Lawyer at the University “Luigj Gurakuqi” in Shkodra. Mr. Maci has the title of “Lawyer” from the Ministry of Justice. He has participated in many national and international conferences, symposiums, trainings and workshops and specializations inside and outside the country. For over 27 years, Mr. Maci holds the position of the Director of the Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Lezha. In addition, Mr. Maci has served as an Advisor of the Local Government Bodies.

Mr. Maçi has been a Deputy in the Albanian Parliament. He is one of the founders of the Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania.
