Celestina Dajlani

Çelestina Dajlani has completed her higher studies with a Master of Science in Hydrotechnical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Faculty of Civil Engineering, in 2013. She completed her internship at SHUKALB, PRU with a maximum commitment regarding the problems and challenges of energy efficiency in the Water and Sewerage companies in Albania.
In February 2015, she started her full-time employment at the Gjirokastër Water and Sewerage Company, and already with 9 years of experience in this company, she has been fully engaged in the sector. In society, its main activities include the development of strategies and the implementation of monitoring programs, water supply and sanitation, reduction of water losses (Non Revenue Water) and its balance, integrated water management, project management, etc.
Currently, since January 2023, with the reorganization of the water and sewerage sector, he holds the role of Loss Control and Project Management Manager in the Regional Water and Sewerage Company Gjirokastër.
