Valbona Paja

Ms. Valbona Paja has completed her university studies at the University of Shkodra, Faculty of Economics, Department of Business Administration. Then she completed postgraduate studies “The Master of Science in Economics” at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics. She has several years of experience in management and has also been involved in the field of teaching at the University of Shkodra.

Since May 2008 she is part of the managerial team of Shkodra Water Supply and Sewerage, initially as Head of the Customer Relationship Department, then in the position of Responsible for Planning and Reporting and currently in the position of Economic Advisor. During this time she has participated in many trainings, workshops and conferences that have further expanded her qualification.

She has significantly contributed to improving the awareness and information of clients for the fulfillment of their obligations and also has helped in facilitating and increasing of cooperation between different sectors at Shkodra Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company.
