Thomas Waclavicek

Thomas Waclavicek is Head of Project Implementation at HYDROPHIL GmbH. Since graduating from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, he has gained experience in various areas of the water sector, from hydrology and flood protection to WASH, asset management and organizational development. From 2012 to 2017, Mr. Waclavicek worked in East Africa as a Technical Advisor supporting water sector institutions. In 2018, he joined HYDROPHIL, an Austrian consulting firm in the water sector.

His professional experience has been built up over the years in various regions of the world, including Central Asia, the Balkans, the Middle East, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
