Semira Kasimati Vathi

Ms Vathi is a senior water expert with an extensive experience focused in water supply and sewerage utility management and corporate governance.  Her management skills have resulted to a successful record of achievements, particularly in implementing business planning, performance improvement and benchmarking concepts in water and wastewater sector in Albania, Lebanon, Philippines, Kosovo, and Montenegro.

Ms. Vathi has been an integral part of Valu Add Management Consulting since its establishment in Albania in 2000. Furthermore, she has played a pivotal role in supporting the establishment and operation of the Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions by providing technical assistance to both central governments in shaping strategies and policies related to the water sector, as well as working closely with water utilities to develop business plans, performance improvement action plans, commercial and operational enhancement strategies and PR activities.

Ms Vathi is graduated from the faculty of Economics and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration
