Rozarta Pura

Rozarta Pura graduated from Aleksandër Moisiu University, Durrës, Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, Private Law Branch. She has 13 years of experience in managing the Human Resources and Legal Department in the water sector. Also, she has extensive experience in managing international projects and is active at the national and international level, being a Certified Trainer and part of the RCDN network; Local experts in the Program of “Sustainable Development of capacities in the UK Sector” for the Management and Supervision modules. Finally, HR experts for the project “Rural water supply development” component III developed by the Albanian Development Fund and KfË. In Albania, its main activities include activation in the development of strategies and the implementation of programs for monitoring, evaluation and protection of workers in the field and taking relevant measures for legal regulations. Mrs. Pura has been involved as a Member of the Technical Committee of the Balkans Joint Conference SHUKALB-SHUKOS, also as Moderator and Presenter.

Currently, she is the Director of the Legal Department and at the same time Head of the Administrator’s Cabinet.
