Radoslav Russev

Mr Radoslav Russev is a water utility manager, entrepreneur and advisor. His career path combines 10 years of utility work (from expert positions to general management of a regional water company in a turnaround situation), some experience in policy making including in the role of a deputy minister, continuous international advisory (focus on policy reforms, utility strengthening and PPPs) and active participation in the set-up and development of an entrepreneurial venture in the water sector in Eastern Europe – Hydrolia AD. His deepest hands-on experience is in the area of water supply and sanitation – management of commercial, financial and organizational processes in Sofia Water Company followed-up by a general-management role in restructuring Dobrich Water Utility. In the last 5 years Rado has been actively involved in the development of various capacity-development mechanisms under the Danube Water Programme including the Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP).
