Pavle Donev

Pavle Donev is a Head of Component at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) with 18 years of experience helping Municipalities, Public Utilities and their respective Associations, in modernizing their services.

He is specialized in Regional Economic Development and Capacity Development by using Regional Cooperation. Pavle uses that experience currently to support the Associations in Capacity Development and Representation of the interests of Municipalities and Public Utilities towards National Authorities, Donor Community and International Financial Institutions in improving the water services in the 6 Western Balkan Countries.
