Pavel Mihaylov  has over 20 years of experience in operating in water utility company.He graduated with a Master’s degree in UNIVERSITY OF NATIONAL AND WORLD ECONOMICS -Sofia, Bulgaria.Pavel gained experience in organization of the maintenance of water meters and prioritization of field activities related to the measurement of water consumption parallel with initiation and control of projects related to identification of possible sources of commercial losses and related activities and structure to covering, decreasing it or turn it to additional revenues.

Currently, he works as a Potable water measurement Senior manager  in Sofiyska voda, operated by Veola, Sofia, Bulgaria.
