Frosela Filo, holds the position of Commercial Director at Korca Regional Water supply and Sanitation Company. She has over 13 years of expertise in finance management, commercial management and overall management and organization in the water sector, reflecting her commitment to ensure efficient and sustainable water management. Her professional practices are strategic planning and regulatory compliance, management organization, budget management, financial analyses, customer analyses and projection.

She holds a bachelor and master deegree in Finance and Accounting Management from the University of Tirana and received a scholarship for the Utility Management Training Program from Danube Learning Partnership (DLeap), IAWD.
