Flauers Shoshi

Mr. Flauers Shoshi is graduated in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana and holds a master in Local Government. He has a long experience in Water Utilities, initially as an engineer and thereafter as the General Director of the Malësia e Madhe and Shkodër Fshat Water Utilities for 13 years. His experience includes as well the private sector serving as a technical advisor in the water sector. In addition he has been an active member in different institutions and organizations. Since 2019, Mr. Shoshi is the Deputy Director of the National Agency of Water Supply-Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure (AKUM).
