Biography

Eva Gega is a research assistant at Bundeswehr University of Munich, currently pursuing her PhD focused on the activated sludge process in wastewater treatment facilities. Her research aims to develop innovative strategies that enhance the efficiency of wastewater treatment systems while minimizing environmental impact.

Eva Gega graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Western Macedonia in Greece. She furthered her education by obtaining a master’s degree in Environmental Science from the Technical University of Munich. Through her journey, Eva Gega has gained substantial hands-on experience in various wastewater treatment processes
