Ervin Buçpapaj

Mr. Ervin Buçpapaj is graduated at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and Department Environment engineering in 2006. Later on, he attended post-graduate studies in the Netherlands, in Water Supply Engineering. He have acquired wide track record in his 15 year professional experience, both technical and managerial, consisting in various position at Water Supply and Sewerage Utility of Tirana for more than 5 years. Since 2013 Mr. Buçpapaj is involved in the field of consultancy for Water and Sanitation Services, working with different national and regional projects.

Currently, he leads the component of Accompanying Measures of the program “Sewage Disposal in Southwest Kosovo Phase IV, Peja” which support the RWC Hidrodrini in the development of an improved provision of wastewater services for the residents of the serviced area in Peja, and support for public health and environmental protection for those parts of the Drini i Bardhë River Basin in Kosovo.
