Elton Kacidhja

MR. Elton Kacidhja graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences, “Political Science” Branch. He has 12 years of experience in leadership roles in various utility sectors. He has directed the Directorate of Roads and Public Lighting for 4 years where important projects such as “Addition of bicycle lanes”, “Addition of LED lighting”, “New LED traffic lights” etc. have been implemented. Also, he has extensive experience in leading civil society organizations.

Currently, he is the General Administrator of Tirana Water and Sewerage. Under his leadership, this institution has taken important steps to achieve the primary objective for “Tirana 24h Water”. This institution is currently in the process of implementing important projects that directly affect the lives of the citizens of Tirana as well as for achieving the objective (Pressure Ring, Minizones, Skada, “Burimi Guri i Bardhë”, etc.)
