Elisabeta Poçi

Ms. Elisabeta Poçi is the Executive Director of Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB). She has been working with SHUKALB for over sixteen years, playing a significant role in building up the professional image of SHUKALB among the stakeholders in the water sector in Albania and the region, as well as in the growth of SHUKALB as a sustainable organization. She has successfully led and delivered several projects in her areas of expertise (in Albania and the Western Balkans). Ms. Poci holds a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, USA, under a Fulbright Scholarship.
