Clémence Gagnaire

Clémence Gagnaire has over six years of experience in the water sector. She holds a Master’s degree from AgroParisTech, a French leading institution in environmental engineering, specializing in water and waste management. Her career began in the French overseas territories, where she contributed to the development and implementation of integrated water resource management strategies in line with EU directives. She then worked as an engineer, conducting environmental impact assessments for major public infrastructure projects.

Through these roles, she has developed solid knowledge in the technical, regulatory, and institutional aspects of water management. She currently serves as a Project Officer at AFD’s office in Tirana, where she focuses on the Environment portfolio.
