Christian Minelli

Mr Christian Minelli, Official at the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA) since 2010, where he has been assisting ARERA’s Board Members and developed European and International institutional relations, at multilateral and bilateral level. ARERA’s representative in the OECD Network of Economic Regulators, the OECD Water Governance Initiative, the International Water Association, the Council of European Energy Regulators. He is currently heading the Secretariat of WAREG the European Association of national and regional agencies with tariff-setting and supervisory powers on drinking water and wastewater services, established in 2014 in Milan (Italy) and in Brussels (Belgium). Before, he was policy officer in Italian Parliament, in the President’s Cabinet. Graduated in Diplomacy and International Relations at the University of Trieste (Italy), he also holds MAs in European Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) and in International Relations from the Italian Institute for International Politics Studies-ISPI (Milan, Italy). He has a MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management (Milan, Italy). He speaks fluently English, French and Spanish.
