Besnik Aliu

Besnik Aliu has completed his basic studies in two fields, in the Faculty of Law at Dardania College and in Political Science at the University of Pristina. He completed his master’s studies at the ISPE College in the direction of European Studies – EU Policies Profile. He is currently continuing his PhD studies in Political Science at the University of Southeast Europe (SEEU).

He has served in various professional positions in local and international organizations with over ten years of experience in the processes of drafting, interpreting, reviewing and implementing the legal and institutional framework.

As a field of expertise in the academic aspect, he has chosen to focus on the role and institutional capacity of the European Union in the process of Kosovo’s state building.

He previously held the position of Head of the Office for Academic Affairs and Quality at ISPE College, part of the staff of KRU Bifurkationi SH.A – Ferizaj in 2019, while he will lead the Legal Office from 2021.
