Baton Begolli

Mr. Baton Begolli is an environmental engineer from Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkey), and has an MSC in environmental management from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK.

He has been working for over 24 years in the water sector: in institutional building, water policy making and development of sector reforms to improve water services and water resource planning and management.

He has worked as the Director of the Water Department at the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and later as an advisor at the same Ministry. Since 2009, he has served as Water Policy Advisor in the Water Task Force and now the Inter-Ministerial Water Council at the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosova.
