Arsim Fetahu

Mr. Arsim Fetahu holds a degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Prishtina, specializing in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). With over 20 years of experience in the thermal energy and public enterprise sectors, he has successfully led major infrastructure projects, including the strategic cogeneration project with the “Kosova B” power plant during his long career at the public utility “Termokos” J.S.C. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Water Company “Prishtina” J.S.C., where he has guided the company’s transformation toward efficiency, sustainability, and modernization. Under his leadership, the company has secured significant grants from KfW, the French Treasury, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), implementing strategic capital projects for the construction and rehabilitation of water supply and sewerage networks. Mr. Fetahu remains committed to good governance, innovation, and international cooperation, contributing to the sustainable development of Kosovo’s water sector.
