Biography
Z. Arsim Fetahu completed his higher education at the University of Pristina, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and holds a Master’s degree from postgraduate studies.
He has extensive experience in the public enterprise sector, with proven expertise in the development and implementation of large infrastructure projects, as well as in the strategic management of public enterprises.
Mr. Fetahu served for many years in management positions at N.P. “Termokos” Sh.A., including as Chief Executive Officer from 2019 to 2022. During this period, he successfully led numerous projects focused on the rehabilitation and modernization of the heating network in Pristina, including the strategic cogeneration project with the “Kosova B” thermal power plant.
He has actively participated in many professional trainings both domestically and internationally, as well as in international conferences on energy and energy efficiency.
Since 2022, Mr. Fetahu has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Water Supply Company “Prishtina” JSC. With professionalism, vision, and dedication, he has led the transformation of the company into a modern, functional, and financially sustainable institution.
Under his leadership, the company has secured substantial donations from international organizations such as KfW (German Development Bank), the French Treasury, and the Swiss Cooperation Agency – AMC.
Mr. Fetahu is also focused on the development and implementation of strategic capital projects in the field of water supply and sanitation, significantly contributing to the improvement of service quality.
He remains committed to promoting good governance, innovation, and collaboration with development partners to continuously advance the water sector in Kosova.
