Arne Gooss

Arne Gooss gained thirty years of professional experience especially in urban development and infrastructure financing, as well as in strategy consulting. Following his graduation (Technical University of Berlin, Germany; M.A. Mechanical Engineering and Management) he worked as management consultant in former EU-accession countries, Africa and Southeast Asia.

He joined KfW Development Bank in 2000 and meanwhile held different management posts both in KfW Headquarter in Frankfurt, as well as in KfW Offices abroad (East Asia and Eastern Europe). Mr. Gooss is heading the Urban Infrastructure Division Southeast Europe and Turkey in KfW Development Bank.
