Arbana Kola

Arbana Kola is a water and sanitation expert with over 10 years of working experience, in projects and programs in the water sector. Arbana has a significant experience in the whole cycle of capacity development (CD) in the water sector, from planning and development of CD products, to promotion, delivery, monitoring and evaluation.

Arbana has a comprehensive knowledge of the legislative, institutional, and technical aspects of the water sector, gained from her experience in the country and from other water organizations she has cooperated with in the Western Balkans region and beyond in the Danube region.

Moreover, Arbana serves as a member of the management committee of the Strategic Asset Management Specialist Group at IWA. Arbana holds a bachelor in Environmental Engineer, and a Master of Science in Water and Wastewater Treatment.

Currently, she works as a consultant at the World Bank, for the Utility of the Future – Center of Excellence.
