Armela Grëmshi

Armela Grëmshi completed her higher education at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Hydrotechnical Department. She has five years of experience in project management, maintenance, and coordination in the water sector at the Regional Water Utility of Berat. Her main role has been overseeing both domestically and internationally funded projects during the feasibility and implementation phases. Currently, she serves as an Engineer in the Sector of Planning and Standards at the Regional Water Utility of Berat. Her work has significantly contributed to the company’s progress.
