Kushtrim Zeneli

Kushtrim Zeneli completed his Master’s studies at the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini” in the field of Environmental Protection Engineering, and his Bachelor’s studies at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, Faculty of Geosciences and Technology. He has professional experience in technology, environmental protection and water sector management.

He has been part of RWC “Prishtina” since 1 January 2024, and since 1 May 2026 he has served as Manager for Water Meter Control and Connections (DKL), where he leads and coordinates control and inspection activities, illegal connections, disconnections and water meter management.

He is certified by GIZ through a training on the management of contaminated sites, as well as trainings in journalism and informatics and in the field of production technology (a GIZ programme accredited by MEST). He has participated in national and international conferences on the environment and sustainable development. His Master’s thesis addresses groundwater monitoring and the impact of leachate from the regional landfill in Gërmovë, Mitrovica.
