Vlora Zymberi

Vlora Zymberi Jusufi holds a Master’s degree in International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Service Management from the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM).

Since February 2026 she has served as Customer Service Manager at the Regional Water Company “Mitrovica”, where she manages the Customer Service Department, organises customer communication (mail, telephone, e-mail and call centre), oversees the meter reading service and works closely with the commercial, finance, production, environmental protection, water quality and sewerage departments. From 2019 to 2026 she was the company’s Public Relations Officer, responsible for informing the public about its activities and projects and for internal communication.

She previously worked in project, finance, administration and procurement roles with Community Building Mitrovica and the Initiative for Agricultural Development of Kosovo (IADK), and served as a member of the Committee for Health and Social Welfare of the Municipality of Mitrovica.
