Hilda Hoti

Ms. Hilda Hoti is a water policy and integrated water resources management professional at the Albanian Water Resources Management Agency (AMBU), where she serves as Head of Sector for Water Resources Management Policies and Strategies.

Her work focuses on strategic water governance, EU water acquis alignment, and strengthening the link between IWRM policy and implementation.

As a young water professional, she is actively engaged in national, regional, and Mediterranean water cooperation, including through the Young Water Professionals Albania, OSCE Secretariat’s Pool of Young Experts and the Mediterranean Youth Council.
