Albert Salltakaj

Mr. Albert Salltakaj is Head of the Projects Section at RWC Hidroregjioni Jugor JSC, where he leads infrastructure and development projects while contributing to asset management and benchmarking processes. Since joining the company in 2017, he has played a key role in the digitalization of water and wastewater systems, including the development of network databases and maintenance management systems.

He is actively engaged in the water sector as Chairperson of Young Water Professionals Kosovo and Chair of the IAWD Young Water Professionals Steering Committee for the Danube Region, as well as a Board Member of the International Association of Water Service Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area. His work focuses on capacity building, innovation, and strengthening the next generation of water professionals.

Mr. Salltakaj holds a degree in Water Engineering from the University of Prishtina and has completed the Utility Management Program supported by the World Bank.
