Klodian Zyberi

Klodian Zyberi completed his higher education at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Informatics. He has over 25 years of experience in development, design, implementation and management in the field of information technology and automation.

For many years he has provided technological support to water supply and sewerage companies and is the author of the AL-Billing system for the administration of customers, billing, collections, complaints and online services. His projects include the implementation of Fiscalisation, GIS consultation of customers, online meter reading via LoRaWAN and integrations with SCADA systems.

He is currently Administrator of Jehona Soft, where he leads the development of AL-Billing, PagaPro and NUVIA. His current focus is the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics for more accurate decision-making in water supply and sewerage services, while preserving data quality, privacy and information security.
