Bashkim Halabaku

Bashkim Halabaku is a graduate Mechanical Engineer (five-year studies) from the University of Prishtina and currently serves as GIS Engineer at RWC “Prishtina” J.S.C., as well as a Member of the Board of Directors of RWC “Mitrovica” J.S.C., with over 20 years of experience in the water sector, management and technical infrastructure. His expertise combines engineering with geospatial modelling in ArcGIS Enterprise, asset digitalisation in line with ISO 55000 standards and Non-Revenue Water (NRW) control according to the IWA methodology.

He is an active participant in the IWRM (Integrated Water Resources Management) postgraduate programme and a certified trainer (ToT) by RCDN in Integrated Asset Management. He has been part of successful initiatives to integrate geospatial data with SCADA and CRM systems, contributing to the modernisation of operations and smart asset management.
