SHUKALB and SHUKOS are pleased to invite you to join us at our 13th Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition, which will be held from 11–13 November 2025, in in the coastal city of Durres, Albania, at the Grand Blue Fafa Resort.
This year’s Conference will be organized under the theme: “Sustainable Water Management in a Changing Climate”, emphasizing the growing importance of climate resilience, resource efficiency, and regional cooperation in managing water systems sustainably.
As in previous years, the Conference is expected to bring together more than 500 participants from the Balkans region and beyond—including utility professionals, government officials, academics, donors, private companies, and international organizations. The event offers a unique opportunity to share knowledge, present new research, and strengthen professional and institutional cooperation across the region.
In parallel with the Conference, a Technical Exhibition will take place in the area next to the main conference halls, providing a platform for companies and service providers to present their latest technologies, innovations, and solutions for the water and wastewater sector.
