Zoge Spahiu

Zoge Spahiu graduated from the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Hydrotechnical Engineering programme. She has over 30 years of experience in implementation, design and management in the fields of construction, infrastructure and water services. She also has extensive experience in managing international projects and in drafting strategic and procedural documents for the water sector.

In Kosovo, her main activities include the regulation, monitoring and supervision of the implementation of service standards by service providers, the development of information systems for service standards, and contributing to the preparation of laws and secondary legislation for the water sector.

She currently serves as Head of the Inspection Unit at the Water Services Regulatory Authority (ARRU), where under her leadership the institution has achieved notable improvements in efficiency, transparency and the implementation of water service standards in Kosovo.
