Pelivan Sinaj

Pelivan Sinaj studied economics and holds a Master of Business Administration and an Executive Master in Public Administration, both obtained in Tirana. He completed postgraduate studies specialising in real estate valuation and investment, in which he is also licensed.

He has 15 years of experience in local government, including three terms as mayor of a commune, as well as long experience in managing public enterprises in the Municipality of Berat.

Since 2019 he has been the Administrator of the Berat Water Supply and Sewerage Company.
