Migen Duka

Migen Duka is a hydrotechnical engineer and civil engineer with a structural profile, a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Geology and Mining of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, with experience in engineering, asset management and university teaching.

During 2026 he served as Administrator of the Durrës Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company sh.a., being engaged in the leadership and management of the water supply and sewerage sector. His professional experience includes the design and calculation of civil and hydrotechnical works, as well as the planning and management of infrastructure assets.

In parallel with his professional career, since 2022 he has been engaged in university teaching, where he contributes to the education of students in the subjects of Rational Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Theory of Structures, Hydrology and Hydrotechnical Works.

His areas of expertise include the design of hydrotechnical works, the analysis and calculation of civil structures, the design of water supply and sewerage systems, and the analysis of retaining walls. His professional and academic interests focus on combining engineering, scientific research and innovation, with the aim of contributing to the sustainable development of infrastructure and the strengthening of academic and professional capacities.
