Malvina Zaja

Malvina Zaja graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana. She has 15 years of professional experience in the regulation of the water supply and sewerage sector.

Her main responsibilities include drafting regulatory acts, particularly in relation to licensing, tariff setting, and the inspection of water supply and sewerage utilities. She is also involved in legal representation and the coordination of institutional transparency processes.

She currently serves as Head of the Legal Sector at the Water Regulatory Authority (ERRU).
