Juliana Ballo

Juliana Ballo graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana and completed her postgraduate studies at the School of Advocacy.

She has a legal background and professional experience in public administration, dealing with legal matters and the implementation of legal and regulatory frameworks.

She currently works as a Legal Specialist at the Water Regulatory Authority of Albania (ERRU), the institution responsible for regulating and overseeing the water supply and wastewater sector in Albania. Her work focuses on legal and institutional matters, the application of current legislation, and supporting regulatory processes in the water sector.
