Haseda Rragami

Haseda Rragami completed her higher education at the Faculty of Law, Law Department, of the “Luigj Gurakuqi” University of Shkodër, as well as a Professional Master’s degree in Public Law at the “Justiniani i Parë” University. In 2015 she was licensed as an attorney by the National Chamber of Advocates. She has around 15 years of professional experience in the field of law.

During her career she has held senior specialist positions in the public administration, at the Municipality of Shkodër, where she legally represented the institution in civil and administrative court proceedings and contributed to the drafting of administrative acts, contracts and agreements, and the provision of legal advice. She has participated in several scientific conferences in Albania, Montenegro and North Macedonia, where she presented her papers as first speaker.

She currently serves as Head of the Legal Sector at the Shkodra Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company sh.a., where she is engaged with professionalism and dedication in meeting the objectives and strengthening institutional performance.
