Biography
Mr Fludian Çuka graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana.
He has extensive experience in public administration, the private sector and international consultancy, with expertise in environmental policy, the mining industry and sustainable development. He has attended professional training programmes with national and international institutions.
