Erdonita Humolli

Ms. Erdonita Humolli is the Program and Project Officer at the Water and Wastewater Works Association of Kosovo (SHUKOS), as well as the Country Project Manager for the RCDN Project in Kosovo. With over seven years of experience in the water sector, she leads key initiatives focused on capacity development, project coordination, and strategic engagement with stakeholders. Her expertise includes project design and management, donor communication, and the organization of national and regional trainings and conferences. Among her previous key roles are the management of the SEEAM Project, coordination of the Balkans Joint Conference, and leadership of the Conference for the Young Water Professionals Network in Kosovo (YWP-K). Ms. Humolli also serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Young Water Professionals (YWP) group in Kosovo, where she contributes to long-term planning and advocacy for the active inclusion and empowerment of young professionals in the sector.

She holds a Master’s degree in European Integration and Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Pristina. Most recently, she has been certified as a Master Trainer for Training of Trainers (ToT) by GIZ and NALAS, further enhancing her capacity to support institutional and professional development in the water sector.
