Elona Kuçi

Ms. Elona Kuçi has been appointed Director of the Technical and Economic Directorate, Water Regulatory Authority, Albania on 02.06.2025. Ms. Kuçi has completed her higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, in the “Management” branch.

With over 13 years of professional experience in public administration and the private sector, she has built extensive expertise in financial management, economic analysis and regulation of the water sector.

In her career, she has contributed to the drafting and monitoring of water resources management policies and strategies, coordinated projects funded by the EU and international donors, and represented Albanian institutions at national and international forums.
