Dukagjin Nishiqi

Dukagjin Nishiqi has over 20 years of experience in civil society, leading development projects in secondary and higher education, sustainable tourism, technology and innovation. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and since December 2024 has served as manager of the Peja Wastewater Treatment Plant at RWC Hidrodrini. Dukagjin is the author of scientific papers in the field of sustainable development and a certified trainer in environmental impact assessment, project development and business planning. He has also led regional and international projects, bringing good practices and innovative solutions to the fields of education, tourism and technology. Most recently, Dukagjin was certified under the RCDN WW CD Programme 1B: “Introduction to Wastewater Systems for Managers and Engineers”, further adding to his multidimensional expertise in the management of wastewater treatment plants and the development of infrastructure and environmental projects.
