Doris Axhami

Doris Axhami holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës. He has professional experience in the field of Information Technology (IT), with a particular focus on systems and network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection.

He currently serves as Director of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Directorate at the Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Durrës (SHRUKD), where he oversees the development and administration of technological infrastructure, coordinates system security, and supports the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

His professional interests focus on IT governance, cybersecurity risk management, information protection, and the modernization of public services through innovative technological solutions.
