Besjon Ndreu

Besjon Ndreu is a water and environmental engineer with over ten years of experience in water supply, water resource management, sustainable water services and environmental assessments. He holds a Master’s degree in Urban Water and Sanitation, specialising in Water Supply Engineering, from IHE Delft, the Netherlands, and a Professional Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. His expertise includes water demand management, groundwater resource assessment, hydrogeological studies, water abstraction, water treatment processes, and environmental monitoring. He has contributed to strategic water resource planning, demand management initiatives in Ireland, and the development of technical training programs for water utilities in Albania.

Currently, he works as a Production Planning and Demand Technical Lead at Irish Water.
