Avni Caka

Mr. Avni Caka graduated from the University of Prishtina – Technical Faculty, Civil Engineering section, Hydrotechnical Engineering programme.

He has nearly 40 years of work experience in programmes for the planning, development and management of projects, as well as in maintenance in the field of hydrotechnical engineering. He currently serves as Wastewater Manager at the Regional Water Company “Gjakova”.

In addition to maintenance, together with his colleagues he has been involved in solving the problems of the city’s wastewater sewer collectors. Throughout his career he has taken part in many seminars and conferences in the water field. This is the tenth consecutive year that he participates with papers at the Balkans Joint Conference. Under his leadership, the Sewerage Maintenance Sector has achieved considerable results.
