TECHNICAL EXHIBITION
The Technical Exhibition is an integral part of the Conference, bringing together utilities, industry leaders, technology providers, consultants, and service companies from across the water sector. As key partners to utilities, private sector companies play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, reliable, and sustainable water and wastewater services through innovative equipment, technologies, software, chemicals, and professional services.
The Exhibition provides attendees with a unique opportunity to explore the latest solutions, discover emerging trends, and engage directly with companies shaping the future of the sector. It also creates a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration between utilities, suppliers, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
Exhibiting companies benefit from direct interaction with water professionals and decision-makers from across the Balkan region and beyond, increasing their visibility and creating valuable business opportunities. Companies from around the world are invited to showcase their products, services, and expertise, while contributing to discussions on the opportunities and challenges facing the water sector today.
REGISTRATION TO THE EXHIBITION
Exhibition area is organized in exhibit spaces of 6m² and 8m² booths.
Exhibition booth area can be purchased on a square meter basis at the following rates:
The purchase of an Exhibition booth space includes:
Display of company name and logo on the company’s booth Display of company logo in the conference website (exhibitors page) Free Conference Registrations for two company representatives that include:
- Admission to conference sessions
- Lunches and coffee breaks during 4, 5 November 2026
- Welcome Reception (3 November 2026)
- Social Event (4 November 2026)
Furnished Exhibit Space
Exhibit spaces will be furnished with side dividers and back panel for displaying signage or displays that can be adhered to the panel. A printed company name sign and logo will be provided along with a table, two chairs and a garbage bin. Also, normal electrical power (200-220 V) for lighting level service will be in place.
Set-up and Removal of Exhibit Displays
All exhibitors are asked to set up their displays during the late morning of the first day of the Exhibition, 3 November, starting no earlier than 11:00 o’clock, and to be completed with display set up by 17:00 o’clock. All exhibitor companies are asked to remove their displays by 16:30 o’clock on the last day of the Exhibition on 5 November 2026.
Names and Logo
All exhibitors must make sure to send along with the Exhibition Registration Form the logo of their company in AI, EPS or PDF format. The company logo will be displayed on the company’s booth and website of the Conference and Exhibition.
