TECHNICAL EXHIBITION

Utilities cannot deliver high quality water supply and sewerage services without the proper equipment, technologies, software and chemicals provided by private companies that are engaged in the water sector. Moreover, our past events have taught us that participation of exhibitor companies greatly enriches the experience of Conference attendees through presenting to them the latest products and services, and by taking part on the Conference program and discussions.

This year, through the virtual platform the exhibiting companies will have at their disposal a dedicated space which will be easily accessible to all participants in the Conference, as well as the opportunity to showcase their products and services from anywhere.

We welcome companies from around the world to show their products and services, and join the discussion on current issues in the water supply and sewerage sector

REGISTRATION TO THE EXHIBITION

The exhibition area is organized through a virtual platform allowing for every exhibitor the opportunity to present their products and company through pre-recorded videos, images, and other relevant information. The exhibition platform is accessible at the event website under the Virtual Exhibition platform session and will be promoted to all virtual participants throughout the duration of the Conference. In addition, the exhibiting companies will have the opportunity to interact and chat directly with the Conference participants.

The purchase of a virtual Exhibition space includes:

  • Display of the company name and logo in the exhibition virtual platform
  • Display of company name and logo, contacts, introduction, pre-recorded video/s, brochures, leaflets etc in the conference website (company’s virtual space)
  • Opportunity to meet and interact directly with Conference participants
  • Full virtual registrations to all conference sessions for two company member representatives

Companies and organizations interested in exhibiting at the Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition will find the Exhibition Registration Form attached to this announcement.  Alternatively, you can also download the Exhibition Registration Form from the Conference website under the following link http://balkansjointconference.org/en/registration/. The filled out form should be returned by e-mail at info@BalkansJointConference.org.

Exhibitor Registration Deadline

The deadline for purchasing a virtual exhibit space is 15 October 2021.  Once the exhibit space has been confirmed, an exhibitor must make payment within 10 days of exhibit space confirmation to guarantee space assignment at the Exhibition. Bank transfer information is provided inside the Exhibition Registration Form.

EXHIBITION TECHNICAL DETAILS

Information of Exhibiting Companies

Besides the filled out Exhibition Registration Form, all exhibitors must make sure to send the following list of materials to the organizers:

  • Logo of their company in AI, EPS or PDF format,
  • Description of the company profile (not more than 300 characters including the spaces),
  • List of company attendees who will be in the booth, together with their contact information,
  • List of products and services, upload of their images, brochures, leaflets etc, with direct links to order forms or companies’ website,
  • Introduction Videos in Mp4 and HD format, or direct link (e.g in YouTube)
  • Company contact information.

This information will be displayed on the company’s virtual space at the website of the Conference and Exhibition.

Log in and Access

The week before the Conference and Exhibition, all the registered exhibitors will be provided with the virtual registration link, as well as the proper instructions how to access and use the online platform.
